Add ACH account and routing number to the recurring gift information in LCRM, like with credit cards. When the ACH information is updated on the RG in LO it should be reflected on the RG in LCRM. There are no fields currently mapped for this: https://www.blackbaud.com/support/howto/coveo/luminate-crm-integration/Luminate_Field_Mapping_Guide/Recurring_Pledge.html
We could create a work-around process by updating the RG when the current installment on the RG comes into LO. But if we update the ACH information in LO on the RG we would not see the most current information in LCRM, so why bother. We might have to wait up to a month for the current information to appear on the RG in LCRM.
ACH information should appear the same as credit card information on the RG in LCRM, connected to LO.
