At times, donors will request that we set up a pledge or recurring gift with a start date in the future. When entering this data into LCRM or LO, we are allowed to enter a future start date but then it defaults to today's date and processes the first payment. We are being forced to hold on to credit card information when we would strongly prefer not to for compliance reasons.
