Right now the option to update a payment method on a sustaining gift allows you to update a credit card if the gift is using a credit card or you can change the bank if the gift is using ACH. �But you cannot switch from credit card to ACH using the update payment method, the gift must be cancelled and a new gift set up with the new payment type.
