Currently, we are unable to retrieve system messages after we dismiss them. I often dismiss system messages that don't pertain to me, only to have someone else ask me about the contents of the messages. I thought that the messages would be saved somewhere in the Help/Customer Service section of Luminate Online, but that is not the case. On a system message received today, I saw that if we want to revisit the content later, we have to open the link in a new tab and bookmark it. Is there a way that this content could be saved somewhere convenient within Luminate Online?
