Remove Chat suggestion from LO HelpLine message on hold when I am working on the back end editing or managing an event.

It is very frustrating to hear a message suggesting I Chat, but doesn't tell me how, and it isn't in the LO Help dropdown.  So if I cannot use it, please don't tell me about it.

    Hi, is this when you are on the phone with support but on Hold? That is how I am reading it but I wanted to confirm before I sent this feedback to support management.
