For CMS sites, please add ability to send form notifications to any email address. Currently, only email addresses of those with existing Luminate Online/CMS access can be added. This is very limiting as we have departments/subject matter experts that do not need access to Luminate, but should be notified when a form is filled out. Also, some of the notification email addresses we need to add are tied to groups instead of an individual. Instead of creating unnecessary Luminate accounts, we've had to resort to using Luminate Survery forms in situations where using a CMS form would be more preferred.
