make it so that Luminate admin can reactivate users

I am suggesting that Blackbaud makes a feature that allows Luminate users to reactive LO constituents themselves instead of having to call/contact Blackbaud support and asking them to reactive the constituents.   Currently, if a Luminate user is deleted or marked as inactive, one has to contact Blackbaud, create a group, put the users in the group, and asking them to make the constituents in the group active.  I believe that it would be easier and more productive if Blackbaud allows/makes it so users can reactive constituents.
