Make a "Chat with Support" button/popup within Luminate Online that will open a chat with Luminate Support

Offered in other BB products and allows for quick access to an available Support agent w/o having to leave Luminate. Interim suggestion would be to add it to the existing menu options like HELP and COMMUNITY.
