Recurring gifts: "Sustaining Gift Cancelled" autoresponder email not sent when cancellation is done by Luminate admin site

We recently chose to enable the "Sustaining Gift Cancelled" autoresponder email for recurring gifts in order to drive constituents to a survey asking for more information on the reasons for cancelling. I tested yesterday and can confirm that the "Sustaining Gift Cancelled" autoresponder is only sent when the donor cancels their gift by logging into the Service Center themselves. The cancellation autoresponder is NOT sent when an administrator cancels the gift. I talked with Derek from Luminate Support a few minutes ago and he could not immediately find whether or not this was a bug or whether it was simply not yet a feature. In the event that this is not merely a bug, I would like to request the following feature: On the admin level, when an admin cancels a recurring gift for a donation form that has the "Sustaining Gift Cancelled" autoresponder enabled, Luminate should prompt the admin (after the cancellation has processed) with a pop-up window asking YES or NO on whether to send the "Sustaining Gift Cancelled" autoresponder email.
