There is currently no way for someone to select the title of Rabbi, for example, or to reject the male/female gender binary. I know the title requirement is linked to congressional webform specifications, but it would be nice to have more options available or, ideally, to have an open field where constituents could enter their title of choice.

You are not able to address this with a support ticket. I have checked multiple times. Also checked with our rep and multiple people from Blackbaud.
You have to create a new custom target per each representative. What is disappointing is that not all representatives require a title even.
An idea - Blackbaud could create a scrub, similar to what I have had to code to double check regulatory requirements. Then you could update, even monthly to give us the option to not require it. Basically, I have to srub data and create a custom target for any regulatory target that does not require a title(also pulling what titles they accept). Simple Python coding accomplishes this. Super time consuming and disappointing how this is completely not inclusive/welcoming for our constituents. Meets our mission but not user-friendly.
Also interesting this is still an issue so many years later.
This is important and needs to be implemented. Many organizations are not even emailing at the federal level so that should not be a limiting factor.
Hi, I think you might be able to do this with a support ticket. You might want to check with them or they could recommend a quick services project to do it.
Thanks,
Ken
