Make Ethnicity and Gender Mappable to Constituent Records from Donation Forms

These two standard Biographical Information fields cannot be mapped back to the constituent when the fields are on Donation Forms. We use this data for reporting and collecting it without mapping it to the constituent profile seems counterintuitive. We'd like to be able to map data back to these two fields, please!
