The title field on donation and registration forms needs to have more options. We would like the ability to add custom Title options and have it linked to the Title field on the Constituent 360 profile rather than use the Custom fields under Additional Information.

Agreed! We would love to see either a removal of the archaic title requirement or the addition of more inclusive options.
We were able to get additional title options for constituents in Constituent 360 through support. The bigger issue for us is titles in Advocacy. I'd be interested in Kristina's idea around adding a disclaimer link (question mark next to the field). Federal webforms are prohibiting a better solution.
Has anyone been successful in adding in titles through support? When we onboarded the Action Center, we were explicitly told that it wasn't possible. I've seen others add disclaimers in the "why do you ask for this" link.
I believe you can request titles be added to your account through support. Not ideal, but at least an option.
