Currently in donation forms in Luminate Online, the default 'gender' field isn't an option for you to include as a field you request for donors. While you could add a custom field to ask for the donor's gender to capture the information, it would be nice if the option to use the default gender field was available instead given how it works with some of our integrations with other products.
