Allow test pledges to be made without a real charge on a credit card

When an autoresponder contains conditional content the preview isn't correct. In order to see the "real" autoresponder a pledge is necessary to get the email. When you have 8 pledge forms - and you need to see all the autoresponders (four for each one) - that is a lot of money being charged on a credit card just to see the preview.

We should be able to use a "fake" card provided by luminate so that we are not charging our credit cards - and then getting calls from the credit card company for possible fraud.
