Make it possible to have a TeamRaiser Participation Type with a $0 registration and the ability to enable Delayed Self-Pledge
This is useful for fundraisers without registration fees, that also require a minimum fundraising amount. There could be done by collecting card information for the delayed self-pledge without charging for registration.
