Don't expire sessions so fast
When logged in, Luminate expires the session too quickly. This is aggravating and unnecessary.
Also, while we're on it. Don't expire my Luminate password ever. You could however offer 2FA.
And, I suppose we can add, please use common authentication with other Blackbaud services. But I assume that's already on your radar.

I am good with password updates. We really need a longer session inactivity time. I never save my usernames or passwords due to security issues and find myself having to log in many times each day.
