Once I am logged in to Luminate CRM and I want to click the link in the left sidebar to go to Convio Support/Luminate Customer Center, I have to re-enter a password, and it isn't necessarily the same password as CRM. It would be more efficient to allow our CRM login to allow us to open up the Support/Customer Center without having to enter another password.
