Allow Blackbaud CRM login to also login to Convio Support//Luminate Customer Center without having to enter password again
Once I am logged in to Luminate CRM and I want to click the link in the left sidebar to go to Convio Support/Luminate Customer Center, I have to re-enter a password, and it isn't necessarily the same password as CRM. It would be more efficient to allow our CRM login to allow us to open up the Support/Customer Center without having to enter another password.

Hi Lynn,
Good news, Blackbaud is rolling out features to help consolidate logins. Our customer center will eventually be replaced (though I don't have an exact timeline on that yet) with the Blackbaud.com login and the omnibar we've recently rolled out. I believe there are also plans to expand the omnibar to include logging into the admin sides of the platforms clients own as well however Luminate Online won't be able to change in the near future. I'll keep this open so others can continue to vote this feature enhancement up but wanted to let you know that it is on our minds and under development for all of Blackbaud but it will be a long rollout period as that team has to integrate it with all our products.
