The current timeout time frame for Luminate is very short, particularly when our representatives have LO open and in use all day. It is already frustrating having to log in roughly 20 to 30 times a day dues to the timeouts - now with the added MFA via SMS to their personal cell phones, it is increasing the frustration of using LO. We should be allowed to assess our own security requirements, and customise the ideal timeout length for our purposes
