We've received a number of complaints about donation amounts entered into Luminate forms being reduced upon processing, sometimes quite drastically. Donors end up having to call us to say they meant to donate $100 dollars but their gift was processed as $6. Your support team is telling us this is a problem with Chome's autofill setting and that there's nothing Blackbaud can do at this time. If this is indeed related to Chrome, which is a popular browser, then it must be affecting most of your clients. We view it as a very serious issue since it is frustrating to our donors and may result in lower contributions to our organization. Therefore, we request that you add an autofill suppression feature that prevents dollar amounts from being changed during processing.

Animal Humane Society is also experiencing issues related to autofill, resulting in declined credit card information (even when the autofill information is entered correctly). While turning this off could result in less conversions, it seems there's no universal code that would fix every instance in which autofill is used. Anyone have an idea of impact if we turn off autofill functionality?
