Make it possible to batch upload company gifts & to soft credit individuals and teams with company gifts

We have a company that matches fundraising dollars for hundreds of people. Batch uploading would make the process of adding these matching donations much easier. Additionally, the inability to soft credit individuals and teams with company gifts is a huge hindrance to this process. To work around this, it was suggested that we treat companies as constituents, but this puts bad data in our system.
