This feature is useful because right now best practices suggest that if a constituent soft bounces 3 or more times to remove them from email sends. However, in small shops and fast-moving departments this kind of list maintenance gets swept under the rug. It is a heavy manual burden and a very important one for email sender reputation. I believe there should be a feature that could suppress these constituents the same way Luminate automatically suppresses hard bounces after their second hard bounce.

Isn't there a way to automatically filter out soft bounces from email sends?
Hi! Luminate currently has a built-in feature that will suppress a constituent if they hard bounce two sends in a row. I am suggesting that we add a feature that does something similar for soft bounces. I hope that is more clear. Thank you!
Hi, this idea was submitted to the Luminate ideas portal but it also references Luminate having this feature. Can you clarify where you are seeing this so I can get it in front of the right product manager?
