set automatic replies to go to the reply-to address rather than the send address

We almost exclusively use Luminate for our event eblasts. We get much better traction with those messages if we can send them out from a specific individual versus our general company wide email address. However, since the new email system was introduced all autoreplies are now directed to the send address rather than the reply-to. It is not feasible for our CEO to receive thousands of autoreplies...some of our messages go out to over 40,000 people. It would be very helpful to be able to send messages from an individual without this happening.
