We often get complaints from donors who've sent an e-card to a loved one, then hear that e-card was never received. We need some proof of delivery or some tracking of the e-cards.

I agree with Wendy. Although we can see the Tell a Friend - Ecard in the interactions there is no way to know if the card hard bounced and no way to resend if there is a problem.

You can run an eCard "Messages Sent" Report in LO. Just pick the relevant campaign.
