I work with an organization where many donors may send an ecard in honor or memory of a loved one - in many instances this is a child who has passed away. Unfortunately, during the holidays this can be extremely painful for a family. If there is any user error with the ecard they have selected it could cause more grief for the family (Happy Holidays - instead of a In Memory message - sending it on Christmas vs. before the holidays). It would be incredibly helpful as an admin to either edit the ecard send date or cancel it. This has come up several times for our organization.

One of our constituent's messed up the send date on their sympathy ecard to a friend and scheduled it for 2026. It blows my mind that there is literally no way to redact or adjust it. That poor family is going to receive a sympathy card for their lost loved one in 5 years and bring back all of their grief. Please prioritize this solution, this is such a bad customer experience for our donors.
We have needed to resend/ cancel eCards on many occasions. This change would be very helpful.
