Include receipt opt-out functionality

In a recent Toronto User Group session, Canadian clients identified a need to improve the receipting process for Canadians using Luminate. Specifically, the ability to turn on/off receipting where needed and types of giving that are not eligible for receipts. There are Canadian legislative rules around certain donations which cannot be receipted. For example, if you collect funds from a bake sale or car wash, our Canadian Revenue Agency rules prohibit you to receipt these types of gifts.

We are aware that this feature can be implemented via heavy customization – reference Ride to Conquer Cancer’s donation form. On step #2 of the donation process, there is an option to opt out of receiving a receipt (screen shot attached). We would like to request this option be built into the LO product for all clients to leverage.
