We have a participation type that does NOT INVOLVE FUNDRAISING, however the participants still receive the "Sample Solicitation" autoresponder email.  This causes two problems 1) they shouldn't have a participant center since their type doesn't involve fundraising, yet it sends them a link to a participant center and 2) they just said they don't want to fundraise, and now we're sending them an email saying, forward this to your friends to help fundraise.

We've tried to conditionalize all of our other autoresponders to give a different message for fundraising participants vs. non-fundraising participants, but I'd like for the sample solicitation to not be sent at all for our non-fundraisers.
