Some autoresponders are no longer appropriate after the event has occurred or are problematic when doing offline gift data entry. We have to pay someone to manually go into all TeamRaisers on Sunday and disable these AR's one by one. If we could set up the autoresponders and check a box to notify the system to stop sending them after the event or on a specific date, it would save a good deal of manual effort on a repeatable basis. You can set a survey when it should be unpublished. Why can't you set an autoresponder for date for it to stop sending? Or notify the system to disable specific autoresponders on the date of the event?
