Fix S1300 default gift type selection

Classic donation forms allow admins to choose the default gift type (one time or recurring).

This choice is not honored if the classic donation form is made into a Checkout form.

Additionally, code options for S1300 allow for styling, not selection. We currently have no tool to move the default gift type from one time to recurring within the checkout form.
