Add anti-spam defenses to the TeamRaiser objectionable content form

We are getting some spam submissions to the TeamRaiser personal page objectionable content form.

    We're also getting spammed through these forms every night by what appears to be a bot. Would be nice to at least have the option of enabling some type of a captcha on the form.
