Be able to report on a "personal note" for the general donation form of a teamraiser and not have to have someone be registered in order to see it.

I have an IMO teamraiser for someone that I created and didn't register anyone through it. It was just the main page with the general donation form of the teamraiser that I designed. On the donation form it has a "personal note" box and now I can't report on it because there is no way to do that. Seems silly to have the option at all then.
