Ability to add a link to personal pages in emails for a blueprint TeamRaiser

Currently there is no way to add a link to a participant's personal page in an email for a blueprint TeamRaiser. You need to put the ID of the TeamRaiser in the URL which is not possible for a blueprint TeamRaiser since there are many TeamRaisers with unique IDs.
