SPAM control tools in Personal Fundraising / Tributes Guest Book

In Personal Fundraising / Tributes, the Guest Book is sometimes an important functionality, if it is used to offer encouragement to the patient of a disease, or offer comfort to loved ones, etc.  TeamRaiser does not have corresponding options. However, there are no tools to limit or manage the large number of SPAM submissions on Guest Books. Some options for this would include:

* options to bulk select and delete Guest Book entries (currently only have options to do this one-by-one)

* improve current CAPTCHA tools in Guest Book submission (and elsewhere) - current tool is not stopping the SPAMbots

* options to invoke submit/approve workflow for Guest Book submissions

Or, going in a different direction, add Guest Book to TeamRaiser - see existing Idea: https://luminateonline.ideas.aha.io/ideas/LO-I-168

    I agree with Ken that the failing captcha tools should be considered a critical defect.  The amount of spam entries that get thru the existing captcha is unacceptable, and it basically renders the guestbook tools unusable.

    This would be considered a defect and should be brought up in a Support case so it can be worked through that process. All the other suggestions are new features/ideas which we'll keep this idea open for people to vote on those.
