Add a way for someone to join a team from the team page on TeamRaiser

We currently have a TeamRaiser set up, and it is very confusing for us and the users as to why they can't join a team directly from a team page. They can donate to a team, but can't join a team from that page. They have to click on one of the participants to join a team. It seems odd as to why they would have to join that way and not from the team page.
