create a report for auto-responder delivery confirmation / hard bounce notification.

Since the constituent profile does not get updated by the e-mail the donor provides on the donation form, it would be helpful to know when the auto-responder hard bounces. This would give us a heads up on who has an outdated e-mail, and key us to look at their most recent donation form for a new e-mail address.
