Tracking autoresponders

It would be helpful to have a way to track who received their autoresponder and who was bounced out. Some way to track their effectiveness - reports would be great too.

Agree! I would love to be able to get click thru rates as well, like Gurukarm mentioned.

This is coming up with our donors as well.  Being able to access the sent (successfully) information would be wonderful.

Thanks Ken for your reply. Actually, in the immediate term, that was what I was looking for, just to know that ideas such as this one that clearly has some traction amongst users is at least being noticed by BB. So thank you for that! I look forward to developments.

    Hi Gurukarm,

We are always reviewing and using these ideas as we build the next gen of Luminate. Sometimes this takes the form of making architectural decisions early on and others it is actually building the feature itself. That being said we have close to 900 ideas in this portal and it's not possible to build them all at once so we have to prioritize them to make sure we're working on solving the biggest problems and bringing the most value for all of our clients.

However, to give you some insight into how we have been talking about this particular issue, over the past few months I have brought it up with the product managers who are working  on the rebuild plan for both donations and email. This is so they can understand the need and build it into the initial requirements for those features as they are developed in the next year. For myself, I'm thinking about it in the context of our business intelligence reporting tools and would like to provide a solution there as well however we're currently working on a Email dashboard (also a portal request) first as a foundation and then we can see if we have the data to expand it's capabilities to represent autoresponders as well.

I realize this doesn't help your need today or tomorrow but I wanted to convey that we are paying attention and using these ideas even if not all of that use comes with a tangible outcome just yet.

Thanks and we all appreciate you taking the time to giving us this feedback!

    Ken

That said, by the way, I see this original suggestion is nearly a year and a half old, with no LO comments added (other than Brooke's suggestion to upvote, which I've done). It would be really great to have BB thoughts on this!

Also, to know opens and clickthrus where relevant, not only bounces.

I just came on to the same the same thing. If we could have autoresponders show up in the interaction tab that would be good
