Currently, if a donor makes a gift and enters an email address that is stored as a secondary email on the record that Luminate matches the gift to, the auto-responder email is sent to the primary email address on the record instead. This creates a poor and unexpected experience for the donor, as they expect the auto-responder (which is their gift receipt) to be send to the email address they entered into the form. This should be fixed in Luminate, or at least an option should be available to force auto-responders to always go to the email address entered rather than the primary email on the constituent record.
