The ability to resend registration changes on the backend to the participant.

We get participants who call and and forgot to join a team or switch registration types, etc. Once we make the change in the registration, there should be a button to select if you want to resend the registration confirmation with the new changes. Currently, I have to go in to Constituent 360 and in their interactions, copy out the registration change I just made and paste it in to an email and send to them.
