Add additional participants after registration is complete

When a family/group registers, they can only add additional participants during the registration process. We receive endless calls from people who want to add family members after they complete registration. They spend a lot of time logging in and trying to find it in the Participant Center. We then have to tell them to add the additional people on a new account, but they oftentimes can't because the primary registrants email is already in use. This creates a lot of frustration for both the user and staff person.
