It would be very helpful for our team to be able to view and re-send purchase autoresponders for our bike ride event. Registration opens four months before the event, giving our riders time to loose their transaction receipt email messages before packet pick-up.
They call in asking us to resend the email that they received automatically after completing their purchase, and some are skeptical that we are not able to send the message with this registration system, when we had the capacity to do so with our old system.
