In Groups, allow the Event Attendee Group to automatically refresh before emails are sent. It currently says Email Group is not rebuildable.

I am setting up event registrations emails while Im on vacation. I want to exclude anyone who has registered for the event, but it doesn't allow me to check refresh before the email is sent. It seems this has to be done manually and I wont be here to refresh that email attendee group.
