The email opt out values should be the same in Luminate Online and Raiser's Edge

Have the value for the email opt out field be the same in LO and RE.  Currently, LO has Accept Email, Yes or No while RE has Request No Email, Yes or No.  These are the opposite of each other and requires translation when importing/exporting.
