Add 2 additional date fields for query: "EMail Update Date" and "EMail Status Change Date"

"EMail Status Change Date" is useful to for Raisers Edge clients in order to keep their Raisers Edge database in sync with their Luminate database. We need to update RE if the Constituents EMail Status changed from good to bad or bad to good , etc. Our Development officers are not looking in Luminate to see if the constituent's email address is good.

"EMail Update Date" is important for both our welcome series or engagement series. If a constituent has a new email address we need a way to automatically put them in a group and send them an email .
