While at BBCON, we were shown the Luminate Online Benchmark Report. Great Report, however the presenters also promoted it as a tool we could customize to our own organization and that it was something easily done. I have tried to pull multiple reports in LO Report Writer and the individual Email Reports and can't seem to find one report that gives us our total overview that is needed to overlay our information to use the Benchmark Report/Tool. Can there be a simple report for email that includes both email campaigns in the email section of LO as well as email in Team Raiser?
