Email Reports - Luminate Online Benchmark Report - Customizing to Our Organization

While at BBCON, we were shown the Luminate Online Benchmark Report. Great Report, however the presenters also promoted it as a tool we could customize to our own organization and that it was something easily done. I have tried to pull multiple reports in LO Report Writer and the individual Email Reports and can't seem to find one report that gives us our total overview that is needed to overlay our information to use the Benchmark Report/Tool. Can there be a simple report for email that includes both email campaigns in the email section of LO as well as email in Team Raiser?

    Hi Kim, I'm the Product Manager for our reporting in Next Gen and this is definitely something I want to do and thenew next gen reporting features coming out next year will give us the foundation to easily do this. I don't have a time frame yet but it so leaving as open for voting for now for others to chime in.

    Also, you may want to ask your CSM if our IDM (lots of acronyms I know) team if they have an offering for this already so they can pull the data and make the comparisons for you.
