The new RELO integration data sync does not support mapping any of the External Gift fields from Raiser's Edge to Lumination Online. This used to be possible using the old RE/Convio Connector plugin. The External Gift fields are extremely important to accurately identify, segment and communicate with all donors in Luminate Online, regardless of which channel they choose to make their gifts (offline or online). Otherwise, we run the risk of failing to acknowledge a constituent's support of our organization, or understating their level of support. Please rectify as soon as possible.
