Make self gifts anonymous as an option. Currently they always display on the personal page.

In the "My Donors" section of the Participant Center, the registration fee should not count as a gift - therefore this reg fee should not show up in thissection. Also, if you register as an adult (example: $25 reg fee), and make a self-gift, the two amounts should not be combined in the "My Donors" section. Only the self-gift amount should appear.
