I'd love the ability to re-send an email receipt of a donation from the transaction details (above Refund, Change Donor, Add Soft Credit, Add Fund Soft Credit). The Receipt Manager generating PDFs for every email is far too cumbersome, especially if processing hundreds of donations a day and only needing to resend receipts a handful of times per month.
