I have not been able to delete these pending transactions in my connector because of some issue in with the records in Luminate or if we do testing of donation forms and event forms, these transaction come down to the connector but they are not really transactions and are in the "pending" state. We would like to be able to delete transactions without having to process the "fake" bio information and the "fake" gift information and then have to delete them once they go in to our database. A delete button is necessary.

The "Delete Button", where should I start and why is it necessary.
5 days of issues all documented by Luminate support and Raiser's Edge support, lost time, lost money, aggravated clients, uninstalls and re-installs and almost lost my mind just to find out, all Blackbaud had to do was add a simple button.
Obviously Voting for the Button.
Hi Ken:
This isn't a bug. Because the way you have to process the data is what causes the problem. In Sphere, if a new donation came in the connector, you can process the new donor and donation all with the click of a single button. But for some reason that makes no sense to me, in LO you have to first go to the Bio button and process those records, mainly if they are new donors. Then once you do that, then you can go to the gifts button and delete the transaction if you don't want it in the database. In the meantime, I have now just created a new record that I don't want and now have to go back in to RE and delete that. So this isn't a bug.

Talked with support and the root cause of this issue are bugs which our engineers haven't been able to reproduce which makes it very difficult to fix. Ideally no transactions would get stuck and we need to work toward this goal however keeping this open as a feature request to add a delete button as a possible temporary solution or as a new feature to the plugin.
Thanks,
Ken
Hi, do you feel this is this a bug or a feature gap/new feature? Also, if you've discussed this with support could you point me to a Salesforce case? I'd like to review the details.
Thanks!
Ken
I wish I could vote for this twice!
