Allow deletion of child/family member registration without deletion of parent registration in TeamRaiser

We have had a number of instances where someone will register themselves and create child registrations for their family membres, but then one of the child registrations will create their own registration. In those cases, we would like to delete the child registration and merge the duplicate records, but we are unable to easily delete child registrations because in order to do that, you must delete the parent registration first. This involves deleting all the OTHER child registrations, then deleting the parent registration, then re-registering the parent and other child registrations. It's very complicated and takes us a long time. We have gotten many of these requests during our busy fundraising season so if there is a way to just delete a child registration without having to delete the parent registration it would much easier.
