Currently there is no way to delete a custom TeamRaiser page. (KB article: https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/69556)

You should be able to delete or archive TeamRaiser custom pages. Unused or old pages can confuse editors. They also clutter up a more customized TeamRaiser. Old pages build up when the TeamRaiser is copied.
