Increase functionality on the backend especially with family registrations and children

A parent should be able to register their family at a different time without creating a new login and password. A child does not have an email address, nor do we want them to share an email with a parent - therefore functionality in this area is needed. A person should be able to establish a family under one email address and then modify their family and registrations as needed.
